DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

• Owing to the light variations in shooting and inevitable display differences between monitors, the colors of your purchased items and their packagings may slightly deviate from what you’ve seen on our site. 

• We’ll inspect every piece of our products before delivery to ensure they are in the best conditions. Nevertheless, there are still some unpredictable factors that might cause goods damage, especially during the shipment. For product(s) which are defective (including color fading, rust, and breakage), we will either offer you a refund or provide you with replacement product(s) for free.

• If you have any problems with our products or services, please feel free to contact us on social media or via live chat. We’ll do our best effort to sort out your problems and deliver our best customer services.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Within 7 Days after Receipt:

You’re allowed to return the products to us as long as they’re in the same condition as you received them. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and we will not accept those items in unsuitable conditions. Please keep noted that owing to hygiene reasons, any returns of earrings are not acceptable. We will refund full payment to all acceptable returns within 15 working days since we received the returned items.

 

7 Days and beyond after Receipt:

All returns are unacceptable.

 

Rate of Returns:

You have to pay for your parcel to be returned.

 

Exchange:

We don’t currently offer any exchange services.
